Solanum dulcamara?

One of the solanums, anyway.

A precise ID would depend on the flowers and fruit.

As far as I know, any Solanum with leaves like the photo are going to have poisonous berries.

In that zone and with those leaves I'd go with S dulcamara too. There's a green berry in the picture. Should go dark purple. Since there's a green berry there's quite likely still a flower or two around somewhere.

based on your name ... if the kids are still youngish.. get rid of it ... its poisonous in every aspect.. especially the pretty grape colored berries.. if they are still in the stick it in their mouth phase ..

but even then ... if it seeds.. you will have a couple hundred more next year.. and the birds will spread them all over the neighborhood.. as one did for this one ...

be done with it.. or live to regret it..

I'm totally with Fatamorgana on this one re kids. It's one of the first plants my mother taught me and it was made very clear it was not to be touched. We also had a large Laburnum in the garden and the same rules applied. By the time children are old enough to play out unsupervised they are well past the nibbling stage. It's kids who don't get this kind of understanding who are more likely to do and eat stupid things I believe.
