This one looks like an Ambrosia sp. to me but I can't pin it down. Found in Cajon Junction area of SoCal at about 3500'

Looks like Ambrosia dumosa.

Here is a link that might be useful: Ambrosia dumosa

Rileyann, I checked out of curiosity and agree with Ambrosia dumosa. I thought that we had alergy problems here from our three Ambrosia species. It looks there are about 13 different Ambrosia species in the Cajon Junction area, which makes you the Ragweed champ (lucky you).

Thanks for replying. The leaves of my specimen are too large to be A. dumosa. I checked Calphotos of all the other ambrosia and none match. Any other suggestions?

Leaf size ranges from 1/4 inch to 1.5 inches. (.5-4 cm)
