I spotted this today traveling down a back road, seed collecting, and I`m stumped. Can anyone help naming this one?
Thanks

It's not clear to me which image is lacking an ID.
Can you link directly to the image in question?

Ironweed, probably Baldwin's Ironweed.

It is definitely Ironweed and thank you very much, saltcedar. I`ve never seen it before It must not be common in the blackland , post oak savannah edge. Im hoping the seeds on this plant are mature enough to be viable.
