| Hoping someone recognizes this oddball... It's pretty, but looks like it's upside-down or something. Shot it in mid-August. Didn't get the foliage, but I thought the flower to be unique enough for someone to recognize it or the family it belongs to =)

| It's an Impatiens but without any foliage or habit to go on it's hard to say which one. Compare with Impatiens glandulifera. Himalayan Balsam. |

| Thanks so much! Researched photos 'n' such and concluded that Imaptiens balfourii is the correct ID. Thank you for your time! (Especially given the poor ID photo) |
