Odd-Looking Flower ID

Hoping someone recognizes this oddball... It's pretty, but looks like it's upside-down or something. Shot it in mid-August. Didn't get the foliage, but I thought the flower to be unique enough for someone to recognize it or the family it belongs to =)

Thanks in advance!

It's an Impatiens but without any foliage or habit to go on it's hard to say which one. Compare with Impatiens glandulifera. Himalayan Balsam.

Or Impatiens balfourii.

Here is a link that might be useful: images Impatiens balfourii

Thanks so much! Researched photos 'n' such and concluded that Imaptiens balfourii is the correct ID. Thank you for your time! (Especially given the poor ID photo)
