Dark blue-black berries, mid-September, N. FL

This plant sprang up in my garden and I let it grow. Now it has berries, some are still green, others have turned to blue-black. It is not a beautyberry, elderberry, or pokeberry.

Can anyone tell me what this is?

Thanks!

I pulled it up and threw it on the brush pile! Thanks for the info.

I think the species might be americanum or chenopodioides.

Note that the leaves are not toothed on these two.
