So I was given a plant that was labeled Malacathamnus palmeri 'Hanging Valley', but since it is blooming bright yellow and not pink it's obviously a different plant. Does anyone have any idea what it might be? I believe it is a Malacathamnus, but beyond that I have no idea. I've included a picture of the blooms, the seedpod, and a leaf. The leaf is covered in extremely velvety tricomes on both the top and underside. The stems are also fuzzy, but the tricomes are longer and less soft. Its habit is upright. The flowers, once they are finished, close back up and turn white on the tips. Thanks in advance for your time and effort.
