Identify this plant please

I used to have this woody shrub and it died from honey fungus.
It has pale rough woody main stems - profuse highly scented flowers in summer followed by profuse fluffy seeds in autumn.
We used to call it the coconut bush because the scent was similar to coconut. Anyone know what it is ?
