Cool Plant in Morro bay Gallery

This plant was so intriguing that it needed to be captured. Im sure it had a tag with it's name but I was so captivated by it's color and tumor like growths that I didn't even think about looking for it...typical photographer in shooting mode...lol...help!

Close but I don't see any spines or beginnings thereof from cacti needles forming so it must be something else....thanks for posting response.

NIce job saltcedar...that looks close enough for me and could be a strain thereof....thanks for the info now I can properly label it!

I second the Echeveria 'Etna'. I have 'Paul Bunyan' and it doesn't have that intense red.
