Name That Plant!

kamschaticum-like sedum

On the right, here's another "unknown sedum" picked up from a perennial exchange. To me, it looks like a scaled-up version of my kamschaticums ('weihenstephaner gold' shown on the left for comparison) but I'm no sedum expert. It has a sprawling habit, and judging from the sheer volume of it available at the exchange, it's vigorous.

PS: the first question I ever posted at gardenweb was in this forum, asking about a lovely plant I spotted in my new neighborhood. It was identified as a sedum kamschaticum, which I eventually found and bought. So thank you!

Sedum selskianum ??/

if its the one i have.. you can walk on it.. rather intensely ...

though i nver IDd mine.. lol ...

can be rather aggressive.. but pulls out easily ... but any piece the touches soil ... will root .. i would never pay for more than one plant ....

Ken, sounds like the cobbler's children have no shoes ;)

If it's fast-growing and walkable, that's great because I'm experimenting with various options for replacing my grass lawn.

Hardy to Zone 7 is probably an error on that link. Other sites are lower but highly varied, from zone 4 to zone 6.
