Found one more... this one is a large bushy plant...nothing really growing around it. Thanks!

Hmm, that could be Tree of Heaven. Can you get a close up of one set of leaves?

I'm thinking either privet or Euonymus alatus. Yes, a close up of the the foliage would help.

Op's plant is bi-serrate not simply serrate like R. glabra.

Now that I look at pictures and think back, it did get white flowers like the Sorbaria sorbifolia...
