Please help me name this bush

This bush is in my front yard of our home, there are 2 of them and one is dying, the other two are as well. I am hoping to find out what they are so I can find out how to revive them :( If anyone can point me to where on here I can get information on how to revive them, it would be greatly appreciated.

Reminds me of Leyland cypress.

The growth habit does resemble leylands but I'm not sure it is at all possible to keep any Leyland cypress that small :-) Or do so without pruning on a weekly basis!

More likely to be some sort of arborvitae, which come in range of sizes. "Reviving" ailing conifers is not always very straightforward. Once one determines that they are in distress, it is often too late to do anything about it. If the OP is located in the areas affected by this season's heat and drought, that would explain a lot. Whatever specific conifer this is, it is planted in a very restricted area and not receiving sufficient water. I'd bump up the watering to begin with and see if it produces any response......often once there is considerable interior drying and browning, it is too late.
