| Guessing you're in the Texas Hill Country. If so they're likely to be Poverty Weed, (charming name huh?)Baccharis neglecta. There are other species but that's common in this area.

| There's another Baccharris on the Gulf Coast that has leaves that are a couple of inches long. I've seen this one all over the place, even in Harris County, though! Thanks for the ID. |
