Rubbery Leaves!

Hi guys. I found this on the window ledge at work. It had a dry flower head on the end of a long stalk which fell off (you can just see the broken bit centre of the picture). It was half this size when I started watering it every day about 3 months ago. Its leaves are rubbery to the touch.
Any ideas please? Would love to know a name!
