| I was given this plant when we moved a few months ago. It had bare roots, and the leaves fell off, quite quicly. Later one bloom appeared. then no more until today. The bloom is very similar to the third photo, but the leaves are vey different. They are quite rigid, and obviously variegated.
Any help appreciated. Every who visits wants a cutting of it! |

| The variegated leaves on the variegated Asystasia is just around the edges according to what I could find on the internet. The third photo is of Asystasia gangetica, which I forgot to add to my post. As mentioned, the leaves are totally different. Thanks. |

| The plant in my garden, is about 12-15 inches tall. Since I haven't seen it anywhere, I am not sure if it gets taller...It trails. I was really surprised to see how much it trailed this morning, when I moved some plants out of the way. The blooms appear at the end of of the branch. As mentioned to me it resembles the Swedish ivy houseplant, which leads me to think it is a Plectranthus of some sort. Looks a little like this one featured on the link below, but just called "Plectranthus - a thug'! It does slightly resemble, Plectranthus amboinicus 'Silver Curl' which is popular here, and I do grow it. |
Here is a link that might be useful: Plectranthus
