Looks like Microstegium vimineum, called stiltgrass, basket grass, annual Jewgrass, etc.

This is growing outdoors? If so it looks like Commelina communis. Have you noticed any blue flowers - that's a prominent ID feature.

to me looks more like "tahitian bridal veil" - akin to wandering jew - Gibasis geniculata - has tiny white flowers

I have seen blue buds but it has no real noticeable flowers

It could be that the buds have yet to open. Here's a picture of C. communis with closed flower buds. Does it resemble your plant?

it is definitly Commelina communis.
It is all over my yard. You will see the pretty blue flowers soon.
They are very pretty that is why i let it grow. Otherwise it is very weedy.

It looks a bit like Commelina diffusa to me. Those have much smaller flowers than the other species, and are easily overlooked. They also start flowering later than the other species.
