Can anyone help me ID this plant. I think it might be a camellia but the stems look like they might twine like a climber. the leaves are glossy dark green, obvate and come to a point, and the new growth is a lighter green. |

| Camellia japonica. Habit varies with cultivar, growing conditions. Growth is more willowy where long shoots are being produced in response to environment. |

| Does look like Camellia foliage but it's an odd (and expensive) choice for a window sill. Can you get a closer picture without getting arrested? |

| I'm wondering if these are actually Mandevillas. Sold here as tender summer bedding, but possibly overwintering in London. (This looks like a London window sill to me). |
