It appears to be in a pot with no holes. It can be difficult to give a plant in that type of pot the correct amount of water. You might consider a new pot with drainage holes. They like a good soak now and then (can do it in the sink) but can dry out a bit between waterings.

A window with shades partially open can give them the filtered light they prefer. They also do very well under fluorescent lights. If you fertilize them regularly they will produce flowers almost year round. And if you want more they are really easy to propagate by leaf cuttings.
