Could this be meadow rue/Thalictrum aquilegifolium??

Noticed these dried seed heads just a few days ago in some very lush beds that were badly in need of weeding at a local state park. These were embedded in the neighboring foliage which was or looked very similar to thalictrum, but the seed pods are distinctly different than the species I have seen in person, which all had a ridged, hard outer coating and if memory serves me correct, two seeds per pod. This had a soft papery coating, and single black crescent shaped seed. I was able to find the image below which bares a good resemblance to these, but was hoping for some confirmation before I tried to plant something that turns out to be just a weed (have plenty of those already!) Thanks a bunch for your input!
