Yup, that's poison ivy. In that pic the fruit is more of an indicator than the leaves.

That's what they call "Fall Coloration Rhus" at Longwood Gardens....

My bet is that what Longwood Gardens calls "Fall Coloration Rhus" is actually Rhus. Rhus aromatica, in particular, has PI'ish foliage.

I don't think it is fragrant sumac (Rhus aromatica) because the seeds/berries of fragrant sumac should have reached maturity by the time there is any change in leaf coloration. The berries have a thick bristle covering them which changes from bright red to a warm chocolate brown as they dry in clusters on the plants.
