Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a house that belonged to a sweet little old lady who unfortunately passed away. She took great pride in her yard judging from her gorgeous trees which include a pretty large blue spruce and a an even larger baby blue eucalyptus.

There is a healthy lemon tree and a bunch of roses. No lawn on the front nor the back (good for the drought here in CA).

I have a few plants which I am having a hard time identifying so I'm giving this a try and hope someone can help. I attached an image of the leaf and tree next to each other in the hope that someone can identify it. In case its not visible the edges have a kind of rounded teeth.
