This is a pic from Liajang, China. It looks like some type of Holly to me, but with white berries? Anyone know what it is? Chris |

| I missed the spines. Berberis for sure. But with white berries? Or do you think they are immature? |

| I guess they are white at maturity. Like many other plants , some forms may have white fruit. Flora of China lists many species of Berberis. Unless you have a lot of photos, it may be almost impossible to key out. |
