| I need two plant ID's please! The first one is a quite attractive, low (maybe 8"-12" tall) plant that I got from a neighbor's friend (no clue what it is). Here are the leaves: heart-shaped, with two shades of green along with rose-cranberry red highlights:
And the other is a nearly-white plant a friend found in a patch of pachysandra: she says there is only this one plant (which she dug up and potted). Definitely a pachysandra shape to it, so perhaps some sport or mutation? Is there a form of pachysandra that looks like this?
Many thanks for any ideas! |

| Oh wow, thanks... looked it up!! Sounds as if I should go out first thing tomorrow and rip it out! Highly invasive (I've only had it one season and it's definitely spread but still in the "looking nice but not yet taking over" phase. Reading the Mobot reviews, I think I'd be smart to get it out while I can!!! Thanks so much for the ID! Glad I didn't offer it to any friends... |

| The second one looks like pachysandra to me and I'm thinking it is a sport. I would propagate it. Jim |
