Name That Plant!

ID these early spring flowers please

Hi folks
Friend gave me a spring garden to save the bulbs.
One day I didn't have spring bulb one and then -- you know
I went to sites and learned spring flowers
This guy came up in middle of tall bearded white Iris
I kind of thought Leucojum
But no green or yellow spots on backside of petals
Can you all help ID
Thank you
