It looks a little like Koelreutera paniculata - the flowers are yellow but then turn into the pinky/orange panicules containing black seeds.

I agree - a.k.a. Golden Rain tree around here - really beautiful seedpods, but also a gigantic PITA when those seeds fall & sprout everywhereâ¦.

The seed pods look rounded on the bottom, so look into Koelreuteria bipinnata. Unfortunately, I cannot see the leaves well enough in the photo to separate the id.
