Sea Buckthorn, apparently.
Hippohae rhamnoides, if I have that spelled right.
Much is made of the nutritional value of the berries.

Leaves are wrong for sea buckthorn. That has narrow silvery leaves. And thorns.

Compare with Elaeagnus umbellata, Autumn Olive.

If that is an Autumn Olive, that is an unusual fruit set. I've never seen one so ladened.

Also, sea buckthorn fruit is far more tightly clustered near the branch wood.

Thank you floral_uk the Autumn Olive looks very close - I'm thinking that might be it. But I do agree w/ fatamorgana.. Ive been having trouble because I cant find something with such large berry clusters. I frequently see them that full w/ berries.They have that speckled look of the Autumn Olive though. Found a closer look..

Well I've never seen an Autumn Olive in my life so you are all ahead of me. But I've seen an awful lot of Sea Buckthorns. I Googled and found a lot of AO images with varying amounts of fruit, some very heavily laden. I would say the follow up picture clinches it.

While I wouldn't call that amount of fruit set typical, it definitely looks like autumn olive.
