Plumeria maybe?

This looks like a Plumeria to me but when i look at the picture of the solo leaf the veins look different (stand out less and not horizontal like the Plumeria).

What do you reckon?

This is not my plant, im just posting for somebody else.

Plumeria makes individual leaves. Your plant has compound leaves consisting of several leaflets, although they are large. Looks like Schefflera actinophylla to me.

Seconding the Schefflera guess - looks all droopy & sad, tho...

It does look more like the Schefflera actinophylla than any other.

It looks like it might have been a branch cutting as its growing in an odd way.

Looks to me like it's stretching to reach the lightÃ¢ÂÂ¦? They grow outdoors higher than the rooftops here.

Yeah, the one branch looks as though it wants to hug the radiator and also get out the window for light .
