What is that vine?

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me. I'm a complete gardening novice but would like to know more about what's growing in my garden. I have taken a picture of the plant in question (hopefully attached to this post). The plant is a vine which has been growing out of control against my back fence. It has weeping style vines, dark green leaves that seem to grow in bunches of three and a double layer yellow flower.
Any help would be great. Thanks.

I'm a novice gardener with the same problem - recently moved into a property with a Jasminum mesnyi growing out of control against the side fence. It's a bush 10-12 feet tall and the vines have seriously damaged the fence. It has also ascended into nearby trees twice its height, climbing all the way to the top.

Someone recently cut it back out of the trees, but it seems almost impossible to control - canes that touch the ground take root and new plants appear. I have been pulling up canes with roots and new growth regularly. I believe any prunings need to be removed from the ground fairly quickly to avoid them forming roots.
