I'd rule out Yucca before going to Dracaena. Are the leaf tips very sharply pointed?

Look at Yucca elephantipes.

Yes the tips are sharply pointed. It looks like a yucca but it doesn't have the trunk like I see in many pictures of yuccas. Its more leaf than trunk. The trunk seems to be shorter and skinnier than a yucca.

young Yuccas won't have much of a trunk and will be mostly leaf.

if you can, take a photo of the leaf tip and of the base of the plant (have someone hold the leaves up so you can get a clear shot)

does look more yucca-esque than Dracaena at this point.
