I don't know or grow Rudbeckias but that's what they look like to me. There are some spent flower heads in your picture which could belong to them. Have you ever notice them flowering?

The leaves are very similar to Echinacea's, but the spent blooms/seedheads are definitely Rudbeckia fulgida. It is very likely Rudbeckia 'Goldsturm'.

Yeah, I just saw the yellow petals. Definitely Rudbeckia.

The common name is Black-eyed Susan ----this is a perennial Black-eyed Susan.

P.s. they do have a yellow flower that is sprouting up from the center.
