Just thought it might help to know these were probably in way too much shade, kind of under a doorstep which is under a tree that probably made a lot less shade when somebody decided to put them where they were.

No luck finding Leucojum foliage that matches, with the thick rib on the back. Would crinum "shrink" in the shade? The foliage is so similar to pics I found, but smaller. They have probably been mowed occasionally, at least in the past few years.

Probably, but I doubt it would be that drastic and they seem too green
for Crinums I'm familiar with. Maybe a Hymenocallis instead?

That's a definite possibility. My Mom said she'd like them either way, so they're in her yard now. Sometime in the next 11 months, we should find out! Thanks!!
