Quick: purple coneflower juvenile?

Hi I live middle of lower peninsula of michigan. Is this big enough, and will it survive the winter and/or bloom this upcoming season?
Going to post another picture or two of some other plants that might be it in a minute or two. This plant is hard to identify compared to other weeds and plantains. I wish I would have planet them separate from weeds.
