I'd say Syngonium.

Upon further investigation it is Syngonium Podophyllum (Arrowhead Vine) - an invasive plant, Category 1. That is, it is "...altering native plant communities by displacing native species, changing community structures or ecological functions, or hybridizing with natives". Source:

This is definately NOT a keeper. Glad I found out with the help of this very useful forum.

A search on this plant indicates it is not a "noxious weed" on either Federal or FL plant lists, so it is not regulated by law. In FL it is category 1 - invasive exotic. FYI it "can cause mild to severe poisoning if ingested".
I think it can shipped legally. If anyone has other thoughts about the plant or shipping it, please let me know.
