Koelruetaria paniculata "Golden Rain Tree"

They're a pretty cool, decorative small tree in Colorado. I've heard that in parts of the country like Oregon though they are considered a noxious weed.

I am familiar with K paniculata. This one has much larger flowers and smaller foliage/ leaflets.
A short web search spat out: 3 species of K, and on the first pic, a K elegans showed very large flowers.

So, very likely a Koelreuteria, but not paniculata, which leaves you with a fifty- fifty chance to guess the right type.
