Tree hanging over my back fence

The leaves look oak-ish, and are glossy. The fruit or nut has a rough covering. The tree is about 20' tall, but since the neighbor has planted a few trees very close together it is difficult to tell the tree's true shape.
The leaves also have some sort of fuzzy grown or parasite. I will upload a few photos to show the leaves, fruit, and fuzzies.
