| I found this plant quietly growing in a corner of my backyard without any effort or attention from me. It got better when it surprised me with beautiful, bright, magenta flowers back in July through early September. I don't know much about plants, so I figured I'd ask here what this might be.
I live in San Jose, CA. I tried googling around and found some references to "graptophyllum ilicifolium" or "holly leaf fuchsia" and that it typically grows in Australia. Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge! :-)
