Looks more like Chinese Tallow tree (Sapium sebiferum L.) - an invasive exotic here in FL.

Not Redbud seedling. Redbud leaves are totally different from those in your photos.

I agree. If you remove a leaf, you will see white latex sap appear.

Thats wierd because this is listed as being outside of my zone and i have not seen this kind of tree nearby.

I thought it was redbud because the leaves are "kinda" heart shaped and there is a redbud tree 3 houses down from me.

Redbud is more heart-shaped (valentine heart). Do a google image search for "redbud leaf" and you'll see the subtle difference.

Redbud leaves have a cordate leaf base - the leaves are indented where they meet the leaf stem.

This is out well of my sphere but the link I gave and maps I've seen show this as an invasive species in Arkansas.
