second one is Pennisetum ( alopecuroides)

First one could be Pennisetum alopecuroides 'Little Bunny'.

I saw the picture of the first one online and it seems like a Dwarf version of the second grass. I thought Bunny grass had white soft tops??? I'm no expert for sure.

Common names can be confusing, you need to compare using the latin name. I believe "bunny grass" is a different plant altogether.
