My daughter lives in Long Beach, Long Island, New York. If I can't get the plant Id here, I will take it to a nursery.

Looks like ampelopsis brevipundiculata, aka porcelainberry vine, which is a very invasive, noxious weed. There is conflicting information online about whether or not the berries are poisonous.

It looks like porcelainberry, Ampelopsis brevipedunculata. I don't know whether it's poisonous, but knowing the name you can investigate :).
