I think it may be perrilla frutescens (ornamental basil). Plants have a unique odor to them (also known as Shisho, used in sushi) and though they are annuals, they are extremely aggressive self-seeders.

I'm pretty sure that's a Coleus/Solenostenum.

it could be a red-ish Coleus if it is not scented.

If so, you can take cuttings which root very easily in water on a window sill or something.
