Anyone recognize this plant?

This strange shrublike plant is growing out of a crack in the driveway. Photo was just taken in late September, so it's pretty late maturing if this is what it's supposed to look like. Thought maybe it could be some kind of holly but the leaves are soft and don't look like any holly I've researched. The small pink spots are new young leaves and the inner sections of the mature leaves. It doesn't appear to have any flowers, but there are groups of green berry-like things (see photo) all over the plant.
Plant is small, maybe a foot high or so?
Anyone have any idea what it is?

Sorry, guess it didn't upload correctly. Not sure why, it shows up fine in the preview and worked fine in the test forum. Let me try again.

I believe it's Euphorbia cyathophora.

Here is a link that might be useful: Euphorbia
