Rescue plant that I can not identify

I have recently found an abandoned plant and can not for the life of me find a picture of it online to identify it. Can anyone tell me what kind of plant this is?
I have re-potted it and it is turning green once again. It was light yellow from malnutrition. Anyhow, I need to know the name so I can find out care needs etc. Anyone?
