Can someone identify this plant?

I bought this hanging basket at Lowe's this spring and it held up extremely well throughout our very hot summer. I want to buy another next year, but I don't know the name. I have other photos if this one isn't clear enough. The plant has red trumpet shaped flowers with yellow in the center. tendrils grow from the pot but no flowers have appeared on the tendrils. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what this is. (It is an annual.)

It looks like a red Mandevilla. You can take the pot indoors and overwinter.

Here is a link that might be useful: red mandevilla

I think that's it! Thank you. I was thinking about bringing it inside,m but I have cats and I'll have to put it somewhere where the cats can't get to it.
