It looks like catnip to me if it has some pinkish spots in the leaves. You can always tell by smell.....I love the smell of catnip, and of course the cats go nuts.

Habit of nepeta - catnip - is completely different. Much more of an upright growing plant but also in the mint family.

It is probably some speedwell, Veronica,
there a low growing Nepetas, but the foliage is not right for that
