ID plant found in Planter Box

Subject plant is from 8 to 10" tall, very hot sunny location, popped up this Sept. after other plants were discarded, vigorous root system, no wilt when repotted. Appears to be a vine, medium green, multi stems.
Maybe a nice hanging plant. Too young yet for flowers or deciduous determination. Zone 7-9 Central Valley, CA
