Mystery vine bares fruit

Hi all - I have this vine growing on one of my red tipped photinias that I keep trying to get rid of but it keeps coming back. This year it decided to bear fruit, and the birds are loving it. The berries start green but change to a deep blue/black (these are the ones the birds eat). It has single, three lobbed leaves that are somewhat thick and smooth surfaced. They tend to be about an inch to two inches at most in width. The younger parts of the vine and leaf stems are red. Any ideas what it is? I'm just curious since it's causing a ton of birds to camp out in my yard. :)
