A friend has this plant in her garden and I clipped a piece, wondered if anyone might have an idea what it is? She doesn't recall much about it, other than she thinks it's a perennial and it has blue flowers (but no other details). The plant is about 7" high, though it wasn't getting much sun and was a bit floppy. I'm thinking with more sun it might be taller and be more robust. If you look closely, you can see where flowers once were in the center of the clipping on the left.
