Euphorbia maculata. I just pull it out of my lawn. If you have a lot of it you can use a lawn-safe, broad-leaf herbicide. Or in open areas, glyphosate ought to do the trick.

Yup. I pull it up by the roots. Keep on top of it and it will come up less and less.
