Lettuce and possibly cabbage or broccoli or brussels?

BTW the Brassica (the cabbage) has bolted, ie going to flower, so is never going to make a head now.

To my eye that brassica looks like it resprouted after harvest, still trying to bloom. Not sure what type it is, color might indicate a purple sprouting broccoli or red cabbage.

I agree on both points carolb, but I believe the new sprouts will still be flowering shoots.
