Please - what is this plant??

I have been trying to identify this plant growing on the New England Tablelands of NSW. The flower suggests its a pea but the segmented leaves that look more like pine needles suggest sheoak - but sheoaks don't have yellow flowers. I hope someone can help. Thank you.
