Odd plant in my yard

I may have posted this before and lost it, but now I have photos of it in bloom. The leaves look like a three-leafed marijuana, without the stench. The flower is just weird. Little yellow bits that stick up out of a central cone.

Perhaps a type of Bidens. Here's a link to Bidens frondosa.

Definitely Bidens, probably B. frondosa as Carol says.

Also known as "beggar ticks." The seeds catch in your clothes and pet's fur, hence the name. And it is how this plant probably ended up there in the first place. The seeds are shaped somewhat like an ancient Greek lyre - look for them after the plant sets its seeds if you don't get rid of the plant first.
